Statistics
Every product and variant tracks how many keys you have, how many are sold, how much content is attached, and how it's being used.

License key statistics
| Statistic | Definition |
|---|---|
| Total Keys | Every key added to the product, whatever its status. Deleted keys aren't counted. |
| Assigned Keys | Keys attached to an order's line item, including returned keys that weren't restocked. |
| Available Keys | Keys in the pool, ready to be assigned to the next order. |
| Returned Keys | Keys taken back from a customer and not restocked, sometimes called burned keys. They stay on the order, and won't be sold again. |
| Restockable Keys | Returned keys the customer never revealed, so they're safe to restock and sell again. |
| Restocked Keys | Keys that have been put back in the pool at least once. A restocked key may have been sold again since. |
How they relate
- Total = Assigned + Available. Every key is in exactly one of these two states.
- Returned Keys are part of Assigned Keys. A returned key keeps its order, and stays out of Available Keys, until it's restocked.
- Restockable Keys are part of Returned Keys. Only returned keys that were never revealed qualify. You'll mostly see them when Auto Restock Inventory is off, or after a chargeback set to return keys rather than restock them. See Returning and Restocking Keys.
- Restocked Keys is a lifetime count. It counts keys that have ever been restocked, not keys sitting in the pool now.
Keeping them up to date
License key statistics update as orders, returns and key changes happen, and are recounted each night as a safety net. To recount them now, use Manual Sync on the Products page, or on a single product.
Content statistics are always live.
