Return Message

When a customer returns a product, its buttons are disabled on their order status page. The Return Message tells them why, for example: "This item was returned on your request, so it's no longer available. Contact us if this is a mistake."
It appears only when the whole line item is returned. If a customer bought three and returned one, they still have the other two, and no message is shown. See Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks for when a product counts as returned.
Show it as a Banner under the product, which the customer can dismiss, or as a Popover that opens when the customer selects one of the disabled buttons.
Error Message

Shown if something goes wrong, such as the downloads block failing to load the order, or a reveal failing.
It's always on, so customers are never left with a blank space. You can change the text, but not turn it off. It starts as "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."
