Every Feature, On Every Plan

No. Every plan, Free included, gets every feature: every setting, every automation and every report. Plans differ only in how much storage your files can use and how many orders a month are included.

On a paid plan, every order is still delivered, and you don't have to upgrade. Orders past your plan's monthly allowance are added to that month's bill: $0.10 each on Starter and $0.05 on Growth, Pro and Scale.

If you're over most months, a bigger plan can cost less. The plan finder above compares them for you, extra orders included. Free covers up to 20 orders a month; past that, you'll need a paid plan.

What costs us more as your store grows is storing your files and keeping the servers and databases running to reliably power the app and content delivery. As you store more files, or your order volume increases, our server and database costs grow. Pricing grows as your resource consumption grows, not because you need that one specific gated feature.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can set up your products and see your first orders delivered before you pay. After the trial, plans are billed monthly through Shopify.

Only files you upload. Links to files you host somewhere else, such as a cloud drive, don't use any storage. Content Analytics shows how much you're using.
